Real estate is rarely just about buying or selling a property. It's about solving a problem.
How do we get you into the right home without overpaying?
How do we position your property to attract the right buyer?
How do we make sense of a complicated investment?
How do we move across the state without feeling like a stranger in a new community?
That's where I come in.
My approach to real estate is built around preparation, education, and problem-solving. I believe the best Realtor isn't the person who simply opens doors or puts a sign in the yard. It's the person who can anticipate what comes next, explain your options clearly, and help you make confident decisions when the stakes are high.
Before becoming a Realtor, I built a career around negotiating, operations, and performing under pressure. I founded the 1947 Agency, a music booking company where I negotiated professional contracts, and managed artist logistics. As a performer I have supported nationally recognized artists including Flo Rida and Alex Warren. Besides that I was a Manager at Narragansett Town Beach, where I rebuilt its accounting infrastructure from the ground up.
Those experiences taught me something I carry into every transaction: details matter, preparation matters, and when something goes wrong, you better know how to solve it.
I entered real estate as an ISA for one of New England's highest-producing brokers, gaining firsthand experience working on a business closing more than 100 transactions a year before I ever held a license. At the same time, I earned my degree in Entrepreneurship from Merrimack College. Most recently, my alma-matter recognized me as its Entrepreneur of the Year for my work across real estate and music.
Today, I work with buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating clients throughout Rhode Island, with a particular focus on South County, Newport, and Kent County. Throughout my career my unit volume puts me in the top 10% of agents nationwide annually, allowing me to serve more than my competitors.
But my business isn't built around simply getting people to the closing table.
I educate my clients before they need to make a decision.
I host monthly educational webinars for Rhode Island buyers and sellers and co-host a monthly real estate investor meetup with Prudentials top commercial broker through the 1990's, Bob Bohlen. My goal is simple: give people the information they need to make better real estate decisions, whether they're ready to buy tomorrow or three years from now.
And I'm not just familiar with the area because I work here.
I grew up here.
I was raised in South Kingstown. I captained my cross-country team to its first New England Championship appearance in 15 years, played hockey, and played guitar all throughout our community. So I know the area I serve beyond the MLS.
If you're relocating to Rhode Island, I'll help you find the right house, but I'll also tell you which beach to go to, where to catch the best sunset, and where to have dinner on a Tuesday night.
Because buying a home isn't just choosing a property. It's choosing a place to build your life.
